Use this page when an application needs more context than a catalog search can provide. The fastest requests usually include the measurement medium, target range, approval region, expected output, installation zone and the kind of evidence required by the internal reviewer. For utility metering, identify whether the device supports billing, submetering, district network reporting or maintenance insight. For gas monitoring, name the target gas, range, alarm duty and whether ATEX/IECEx Zone language is required. For process instrumentation, describe the pipe, vessel or skid conditions and whether the signal path is analog, HART or another protocol. Those details help the advisor respond with a shorter and more defensible product path.
If the project is early, describe the operating duty in plain language and include the decision that must be made next. A request can start with a utility replacement program, a confined-space entry procedure, a continuous emissions report, a heat network upgrade or a process skid modernization. The response will identify which details are already enough for selection and which still need confirmation before a recommendation can be considered ready for procurement review.

Requests can be routed by country, industry and product family so availability is checked early.
Global support triage follows regional business hours with escalation for active projects.
Two-column request
Include any available data sheet, approval target or site constraint in the message. If you are not sure which details matter, explain the operating duty and the team will identify the missing questions. The form is intentionally broad because measurement requests often cross departments: engineering may care about range and protocol, HSE may care about gas response and Zone language, finance may care about billing approval, and maintenance may care about calibration interval or spare availability.
